LEONARDO DICAPRIO

This Titanic star has more to his name than the Oscar Awards and his looks. His initiatives towards securing a brighter future for earthlings are immense. He is the founder of Leonardo DiCaprio Foundation, and he recently joined with Laurene Powell Jobs and Brian Sheth to form a new environmental alliance called Earthly Alliance.

The new organization seeks to track climate change and protect biodiversity worldwide, starting with the most affected areas. Through his foundation, he has donated over $30 million towards initiatives that promote climate change awareness.

The vegan activist has a website dedicated to encouraging sustainable living and low impact lifestyles. In addition to her outspoken activism and establishing the Sustainable Biodiesel Alliance, her home is solar powered with rain harvesting. Moreover, she doesn't use petroleum products on any of her vehicles.
