Francine Koffie, well known as Fantana, is a Ghanaian singer formerly signed unto the Rufftown records label. Her mother is a politician who was recently elected as Member of Parliament for Jomoro constituency.

Biography

Francine Koffie popularly known as Fantana was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia in the United States of America where she spent most of her life. She was born on July 3, 1997.
She is from  Nzema land in the Western Region of Ghana. She schooled in the United States throughout. Business and Fashion are the courses she read in School.

Even though Fantana studied business and fashion in school, she couldn’t hold back her passion for music. The famous musician decided to return to her home country, Ghana, to launch her career. And that is how she managed to become one of Ghana’s fastest rising musicians.
Fantana revealed that growing up her friends used to call her Fantana, a name Bullet her former boss suggested she uses as a stage name. She is no longer signed under Ruff town record label owing to a misunderstanding between herself and the CEO of Rufftown records.

1.It was recently revealed that she has a criminal record as she was once arrested in the United States for theft. In her defence she noted that she is not the only celebrity to have a criminal record hence citing Jay Z and Cardi B as a typical record.

2. Fantana and Wendy Shay connected on social media.  In a series of chats with Wendy followed by her demo, Wendy Shay gave her the chance to meet Bullet.

3. She once wore a short and very racy dress to perform ended up showing her pant and liner to the world.

4. Fantana was once signed unto Rufftown records label. She was a former signee of Rufftown records label but her contract got terminated by the CEO, Ricky Nana Agyeman she tried to speak against her boss and colleague signee Wendy Shay.
